Holistic Fitness Program The Holistic Fitness certification program provides students with an integrated set of neurosomatic tools for passionate living. This program includes an introduction to passion life. It presents the fundamental principles of passion and how to implement them, and an examination of life; aspects of being human; fulfillment and happiness; holistic health; spirituality; the physiology of passion; and emotional intelligence. The program proceeds with an overview of Passion Yoga fundamentals, covering the basic yoga philosophy; yoga and passion; awareness; relaxation; structure of basic session; sequence of asanas; breath and prana; meditation; and nutrition. Passion Yoga's dynamic exercises blend breathing and movement in enjoyable routines that invigorating and energizing while melting away stress and tension. Dance and movement put yoga and meditation into motion and utilizes a broader variety of physical expressions. In addition to the increase of mind-body integration, Passion Dance adds dynamic dimensions to emotional, spiritual, and transformative themes. Other parts in this program look deeper into integration of the stretching with breath and passionate energy flows; recognizing inner rhythms and flows; creating intention; pranayama; Passion Breath; Feng Shui and sacred setting; visualization; and personal hygiene. » Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) |
